AMBIE E. CECIL Carroll, 92, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at home, with her family by her side. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a charter member of Okolona Ladies Auxiliary #8639 and AMVETS #61.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Carroll; daughter, Delores Carroll; grandson Scott Jeffries.
Survivors include her loving children Roy E. Carroll (Janice) and Elizabeth S. Jeffries (Rolland); six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great- grandchildren.
Her funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 11501 Maple Way. Entombment: Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona.
