Andrew Jordan Woods

Mr. Andrew Jordan Woods, age 50, of Louisville, Kentucky entered this life on March 23, 1973 in Waverly, Iowa. He was the loving son of Jordan and Judith "Judi" Techlin Woods. His early life was spent in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin where he developed a great love for all Wisconsin sports. His family moved to Louisville when he was a freshman in high school and he graduated from Eastern High School. He then attended the University of Kentucky and received his bachelors in finance. Andrew was blessed with a daughter, Adeline on June 17, 2013 with his then companion, Christina Marie Lester. He worked in advertising for eleven years with the Louisville Courier Journal in Louisville, Kentucky. He was currently employed with Wheelhouse20/20 in Sales and Marketing Specialist since July of 2017. His territories included Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana. Andrew loved socializing, playing golf, listening to Jim Rome talk radio and being with his ten year old daughter, Adeline. Andrew was known to be a very passionate Democrat. He was a devoted dad, son and brother. Andrew was traveling on business and died suddenly on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in Duluth, Minnesota.

A LOVING FAMILY

Andrew will be missed by his loving daughter, Adeline Woods of Madison, Indiana; his mother, Judith "Judi" Techlin Woods of Louisville, Kentucky; his sisters, Leslie Woods Speed of Long Island, New York, Denise Woods Arthur and her husband, Dave of Washington, DC, Cindy Woods Korchunoff of Leesburg, Florida; his nieces and his nephews, Amber Speed, Shannon Speed, Parker Korchunoff, Conner Korchunoff, Zoe Woods Arthur and Maya Woods Arthur; his aunts, Mary Tetzlaff and Nancy Caldie; the mother of his daughter, Christina Marie "Chrissy" Lester of Madison, Indiana; Adeline's sister, Autumn Hedgepeth of Madison, Indiana; cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Jordan Woods, died June 6, 2009, his brother in law, Bob Speed, and his grandparents, Caroll and Almeta Woods, and Henry and Sylvia Techlin.

CEREMONY

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 17, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., at the Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Interment will follow later in the Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.

VISITATION

Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky.
