Anna Smith Kaelin, 73, of Louisville passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Norton Pavilion. Anna was a native of Morganfield, KY and the former Anna Venner. She had been a medical scrub tech for Baptist Hospital East for many years.
She is survived by her children, James Howard, Tracy Passafiume (Michael) and Phillip Howard. Siblings, Rosanne O’Daniel, Eugene Smith and Betty Land, and grandchildren, Zachary, Hannah and Lily.
A Life Celebration for Anna will be conducted at 12 noon, Tuesday, June 25, 2013, in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 2-8 pm Monday, June 24, 2013 and after 9am the day of the service.
