She was born November 8, 1931 in Battle Creek, MI, the daughter of the late Jewel and Margaret (Peterson) Waters. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Warren Wolfe and one sister, Gloria Gibson.
Barbara was a homemaker and also a member of the Louisville Dulcimer Society.
Survivors include her daughters, Lori Wolfe and Kallie Brawand (Eric); four grandchildren, Kaleb, Jacob, Nathan and Gabrie; five great-grandchildren, Aliviya, Zen, Marley, Jewel and Fallon; three siblings, Betty Manson, Katherine Chaney, and Richard Waters.
A service to celebrate Barbara’s life will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
