Barbara was born in Louisville to the late Arthur and Mary Yaeger, worked for a number of years at Cissell Manufacturing, and was the Treasurer of the Southside Senior Citizens Club.
She is survived by her sons Alan Gibson (Denise), John Gibson (Trina), and Daryl Gibson (Christy Smith); 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Barbara’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at Arch. L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, with private burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Saturday.
