She was preceded in death by her husband, John V. Haydon, Jr. ("J"); her parents, Andrew Joseph Bowling and Alberta Elizabeth Heintzman; her siblings, Bruce Bowling, Carolyn Russell (Bob), Bobby Bowling; and her daughter-in-law, Hope Haydon.
She is survived by her four children: Clay Haydon (Hope), Christy Cronic (Steve), Matt Haydon (Nancy), Holly Hale (Steve); nine grandchildren: Elizabeth Cronic, Caroline Dodson (Mike), Rebecca Roper (Lee), Graham Hayden (Morgan), William Hale, Allie Traylor (Harry), Connor Haydon, Anna Haydon, and Alyssa Williams (Jordan); three great-grandchildren: Walker and Virginia Dodson, Noah Traylor and one more arriving soon; and her brother, Donald Bowling.
A mass will be held at 9:30am on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at St. Francis of Assisi, 1960 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40205, with burial immediately following at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40205.
