Bertha Miller

Bertha Mae Miller, age 96, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022. She was a devoted member of Parkland Baptist Church for over 30 years and a member of the Parkland "Live Wires". Bertha retired from GE after 24 years and loved the people and the company each and everyday she was there.

Bertha was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Leonard Russell Miller.

Left to cherish Bertha's memory are her children, Jo Ann Miller, William "Bill" Russell Miller; grandchildren, Amy Marie Pennington, Bethany Ann Gibbs, Annabelle Lee Johnson; great-grandchildren, Emily Lynn Minton, Brandon Scott Minton, Julian Ann Marie Johnson, Adeline Rowan Johnson, Logan Lee Johnson; and many other extended family and friends.

A visitation for Bertha will be held Friday, September 9, 2022 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40219. A funeral service will be Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be private for immediate family following the service at Brookland Cemetery.
