Born, October 21, 1931 in Louisville, KY to the late Raymond and Gladys Hays Ward.
Her husband, Michael Carr; and grandson, Perry Holloway precede her in death. Left to carry on Betty Jane's memory is her brother, David Ward; daughters, Kathy Kinsella (Greg) and Susan Smith (Jim); sons, Paul Carr and Sean Carr (Stephanie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A service celebrating the life of Betty Jane will be 6 p.m. Friday at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Friday prior to the service. Private Interment at Resthaven Memorial Park.
