Mr. Cummings was retired from the United States Army as a CW 4 Blackhawk Pilot and a member of the 101st Airborne Division and from the United States Postal Service and a member of the VFW.
He was preceded in death by his father Calvin Cummings and grandparents Winniford and Annie Sanders.
Survivors include his loving daughters Amber Browning and Amanda Cummings; mother Mary Cummings; brothers David, Jerry, Michael Cummings; sisters Brenda Smith and Kathy Cummings; grandson Braxton Roeder.
His funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 3-8 P.M. at the funeral home and after 12:00 P.M. on Friday until service time.
