She was employed with the Louisville Department of Corrections for fifteen years and retired from the United States Post Office after twenty years of service. She was of the catholic faith and a devoted mother, sister and friend to all of us and will be sorely missed.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her children: Rhonda Hendricks Hayes and Jeffery Hendricks, a brother: Joseph Holland and her parents: Melba and Louis Holland.
She is survived by her loving companion and best friend: Ron Cooper and his daughter Rhonda, siblings: Florence Loy, Louis Holland, Dan Holland(Pat), George Holland (Diane), Mary Boyd (Butch), Michael Holland and John Holland(Sherry).
A funeral service to celebrate Bonnie’s life will be conducted at 2pm on Friday, May 1, 2015 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd with inurnment to follow at St. Louis Cemetery at a later date. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 11am Friday until funeral time.
