Carolyn Kay Bedingfield, 68, peacefully passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023. She retired from PNC bank after 30 plus years of service. After that she worked with the Louisville Ballet for years and then she worked at the Louisville Palace as an executive assistant. She loved being a granny, gardening, cooking, art and crafts...in essence everything fun with her grandchildren! Carolyn was sassy, witty, and the ultimate "on call" bug killer.
Left to honor her memory are her children, Stephanie Ware, Chris Bedingfield; grandchildren, Joetiona Ware, Joenayshia Ware, Joeleigha Ware, Joseph Ware, Makenzie Bedingfield; great grandchild, Jayci Ware-Johnson; several extended family members and great, loving friends.
A memorial gathering for Carolyn will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, 40219.
