Carolyn Jean Cotner, 74, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2024. She worked at Henderson Electric for over 20 years. Carolyn loved to go to the beach and Easter Egg Hunts. She was a huge UK fan and she enjoyed dancing, gardening, talking and laughing with friends, bird watching, and most of all being with her grandchildren.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Nettie and Raymond Gray; and son, Timothy Cotner.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 24 years, Terry Cotner; children, Raymond Catlett (Kelly), Shannon Bailes (Greg), Tony Cotner; grandchildren, Raymond (Brittany), Trent, Laila, Scarlett (Christof), Savanna, Gavin, Trinity, Melody; 6 great grandchildren; several extended family members and many loving friends.
Visitation for Carolyn will be Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 2pm to 8pm at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, 40219. A second visitation will be Friday, February 23, 2024 from 9:30 until the time of the service at 11:30am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, Kentucky.
