He was a security guard with Allied Security and had attended Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
Charles was preceded in rest by his grandparents, Tabitha Blacklock, Sherry Davisson and Scott Broughton, Sr.
He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Tina Blacklock; a brother, Josh Blacklock; a grandfather, Carl Blacklock; and a host of friends and relatives.
Cremation was chosen and the memorial service is private.
Heady-Hardy Funeral Home is responsible for the arrangements.
