He is survived by his mother, Tammy Cardenas; stepfather, Tony Cabarllo; son, Christopher Charles Eldridge; fiancée, Tiffany Cartrell, foster parents, Donavan Downing and Martha Watson; grandfather, Robert Eldridge; aunts, Dana Sulzer and Kimberly Johnson; uncles, Jerry Sulzer and James Eldridge II; and a host of cousins and friends.
A celebration of Charles' life will be held on Monday at noon at the O.D. White and Sons Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 3-8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
