Charles is survived by his son, Stan Minter; his brothers, Ronnie Minter, Bob Minter and Jimmy Minter; grandchildren, Jennifer Huckaby; Joshua Minter, Jonathan Minter, Kristin Tona, and Cody Minter; and great-grandchildren, Izzabelle Huckaby, Addison Huckaby, Briona Huckaby, Emma Minter and Richie Tona; and best friend, Ms. Ree Johnston.
Charles was a loving husband, father, and "Pappaw" and caring son and brother. He will be forever missed by all who knew him.
His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial: Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, Glasgow. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
