Winters, Charles E. 82, passed away December 5, 2015. Charles was a native of Lyon County KY and proudly served in the US Army. He was a member of the Indiana Kentucky Ohio Carpenters Union. He was preceded in death by his son Steve Winters. Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 63 years Carol Winters, children Cheryl Peterson (Daniel) and Mark Winters, grandchildren Shea Skaggs, Nick Winters and Jeremy Winters, great granddaughter Madison White and five siblings. A service to honor the life of Charles will be held Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady and Sons Funeral Home at 10am with burial to follow at Providence Cemetery in Lyon County Kentucky. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-8pm at the funeral home.
