Fields, Cindy L., 47, of Louisville passed from this life on Monday December 1, 2014. She was a former bartender for the Old Taylor Bar. Survivors include her children, Jamie Fields and Morgan Boyd; her mother, Carol Fields; father, Russell Fields; sisters, Karen Embry (Jeff), Angie Fields, and Melissa Fields; 5 nieces and 1 great nephew. A service to celebrate Cindy’s life will be held at 7 pm Thursday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow.
