WWII Air Force Veteran and a member of Fern Creek
Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Helton and a son, Bill Helton.
He is survived by his son, Les Helton (Bonnie); daughter-in-law, LaVergne Helton; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held 12pm Tuesday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Hwy.
Interment will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday from 2-8pm
