His memorial service will be at 10:00 AM, Friday at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Hwy.
Survivors include his wife Lucy Carroll; children Keith Alan Carroll and Elizabeth “Shannon” Carroll; sister Wilma Hair.
A celebration of life will take place after the service at the Horine Conference Center of Jefferson Memorial Forest.
In lieu of flowers please bring your favorite dish and some drinks to the celebration or make a donation to your favorite charity. Grace, peace and the love of God be with you.
