Spencer attended Southern High School and was an avid gun collector, who loved target practice sessions.
Spencer is survived by his parents, Melissa and Damon Rowe; a sister, Amanda Rowe; his special aunt, Laura Amin (Phil); along with aunts, Joyce Bowling (Rod), Lynn Bieniek (Dick), Connie McDonald (Bill), LaDonna Allen, Darlene Saylor (Nelson), Diane Graf (Mike), Penny Rowe and uncles, Richard Givan (Betty), Ronnie Rowe (Sandy) and Raymond Rowe (Sharon).
Spencer is also survived by his grandmother/father, Jim and MaryAnn Rowe and numerous cousins and friends.
Spencer was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, 40218, from noon to 6 p.m. with the memorial service being held at 7 p.m.
