Dan Edward Myers

He was born March 3rd, 1950, in Concordia, Kansas to Fritz Myers and Wilma Horn Myers. Dan was a loving husband, dad, son, brother, pepaw, uncle, and friend. He was a devout Catholic and faithful member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church. He devoted his life to providing for his family and being a loving husband, dad and pepaw. Dan was a United States Navy veteran, whom served his country proudly.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Fritz and Wilma Myers; brother, Fred Myers; granddaughter, Alexandria Hughes.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Kathleen “Kathy” Myers; his sister, Sandy Myers; his children, Christian Myers, Candace Warren-Miller (Drew Miller), Susan Myers, Jennifer Crosby (Ray Crosby), Matthew Myers (Gina Myers); grandchildren, Cameron Warren, Payton Warren, Joseph Warren, Brayden Cox, Baleigh Cox, Summerlyn Myers, Ethan Deleuil, Brayden Crosby, Brennan Crosby, Brooklyn Crosby and Michael Daniel Myers; and many nieces, nephews whom he enjoyed spending time with.

A visitation for Dan will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40213 on Sunday, January 11th, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m; a vigil will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. A funeral mass to honor the life of Dan will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, Kentucky 40219. Dan will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
