David proudly served his country in the United States Army, he also worked for GE for 15 years and UPS for 7 years. David loved early Beach Boys music, Frankie Vali and the 4 Seasons. Good Vibrations, 409, Little Deuce Coupe and Don’t Worry Baby were his favorite songs.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Joyce, son, David Filley, stepsons, Joey and Jeffrey Kulp and a stepdaughter, Jennifer O’Conner.
Visitation will be Tuesday November 7, 2023 from 10am-12:30pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Louisville, Kentucky with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky.
