47, of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Audubon Hospital. She was a former medical billing coder (R.H.I.T.). She is survived by her daughters, Jessica Lynn and Miranda Leigh Gullion; parents, Dairl and Lois Rountree; sisters, Laura Nielsen and Amanda Rountree; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Her Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, 1127 East Broadway.
