She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Rhodes and LaVerne (Burruss) Rhodes Jackson. She is survived by her partner, Lena L. Whitlow; sisters, Elaine Belfowers (Robert), Marilyn Rhodes (Michael Grumelli), Sharon Blinebury and Lisa Johnson (Doug); brother, James R. Rhodes II; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and devoted friends, Rita Davis and Mona Roarx.
A celebration of Debbie’s life will be 10:00 am Tuesday at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 pm Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home.
