Dorothy Marie Fowler Ford

Dorothy was born May 3, 1928 to the late Louis E. and Emma Fowler. She attended St. Therese Catholic Church. She was a faithful and loving homemaker and enjoyed spending time with Metro Pinbusters bowling league. She was a devoted and loving wife to her late husband, Alex L. Ford, who precedes her in death. Also preceding her were siblings Louis, James, and Patricia and a grandson Thomas M. Ford.

Left to cherish Dorothy's memory are two sons, Thomas L. Ford (Sharon) and Richard P. Ford (Brenda); Grandchildren, Donna (Jim), James, Nicole, and Patricia (Eugene), and brother Paul Fowler (Mary Ann). Dorothy is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be Wednesday, March 20, 2013, 2pm at St. Therese Catholic Church, 1010 Schiller Avenue. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Arch L. Heady-Russman Funeral Home, 1201 East Oak Street from 1-8 pm, and Wednesday from 10 am until service time with interment to follow at Calvery Cemetary.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the American Heart Association.
