Dorothy Mae Shepherd, 88, of Louisville passed away on Friday March 4, 2016. She was the former Dorothy Horvath and a member of Epiphany United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Shepherd. Left to cherish her memory is a daughter, Norma Carpenter (Herman); sons, Michael and James Shepherd; 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. A service to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held at 11 am Tuesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Shepherdsville.
