Douglas S. Sullivan, 69, of Louisville passed away August 1, 2015 at Norton Hospital. He was born on September 30, 1945 in Fayette County, Kentucky to the late Jesse and Ethel Sullivan. He was a retired Tool and Dye Maker for Leggett and Platt and was a member of Pigeon Fork Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his loving wife after being together 41 years, Wanda Sullivan; a daughter, Pam Sullivan; two brothers, Donnie Sullivan and David Sullivan; and a sister, Sue Guffy.
A service celebrating Doug’s life will be conducted Friday, August 7, 2015 at 2pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 on Thursday at the funeral home.
