She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kapp Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Winspear and Sandra Martin; sons-in-law, Bill and Don; three grandchildren; six great-grand children and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to Marion County Hospice.
