

Frances was born on December 5th, 1932, to her parents, Robert and Thelma Holsclaw Norris. She was a native and lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky, and a former resident at Traditions at Beaumont. In her life, she played many roles: Daughter, sister, wife, and mother. She was an Occupational Therapist at Hazelwood Hospital. Later, she was care-giver for the last twelve years of her husband's life.
Frances was a devout Christian and was a former member at Deeper Life Church. More recently, she was an attendee at the HighPoint Church in Louisville. She loved music and enjoyed playing the organ and singing her favorite Christian hymns. Frances also had a green thumb, keeping gardens and enjoying nature, especially bird watching. She was talented in art, focusing on art at the Ahrens school, and talented in oil painting, sewing, and crafting. She will be missed
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, William L Keatting, Jr.; her sisters, Doris Ash and Carol D’Auria; her brother, Jack Norris; and her youngest son, Vernon Keatting.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Adrianne Harmon, Rosalie Keatting, William Keatting (Debbie), and Gary Keatting; her sister, Shirley Booker (Harold); granddaughters, Jessica Keatting, Elizabeth Kirby (Adam), and Sarah Zaccagnini (Ryan); and great-grandchildren, Luca, Rocco, and Nicolo Zaccagnini.
A visitation for Frances will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home in Louisville, Kentucky on Sunday, November 9th, 2025, from 1:00PM to 4:00PM. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
