Frank was a member of St Bernard Catholic Church and the NRA.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Margaret Cecil Blandford, children, Ron Blandford (Debbie), Donna Abney (Neil),Lisa Brooks (Tim) and Damian Blandford (Lisa). Sisters, Victoria Kelty and Catherine Leissa. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Trisha, Morgan and Emma Abney, Ashley, Carter, Elizabeth and Megan Blandford. Great granddaughter, Lillian Grace Abney.
A celebration of Frank’s life will be conducted at 7 pm, Friday, May 17, 2013 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 17, 2-8 pm.
