Fred Joseph Messex

Fred Joseph Messex, age 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022. Fred was born on January 7, 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late, Louis Messex and Elizabeth Canupp Messex.

He is also preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Andrew and brother, Forrest Messex.

Fred is survived by his sister, Betty Rolfes (Bill); brother, Louis Messex (Donna) and a host of loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation for Fred will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40213. A funeral service to honor the life of Fred will be held on Friday at 12 noon at the funeral home. Fred will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
