Fred W. Pulliam

Fred W. Pulliam 95, of Louisville, passed away July 26, 2018. Mr. Pulliam was a native of Frankfort, KY and a retired employee of G.E. with 25 years of service. Fred was a member of the Baptist faith and a WWII Army Air Force veteran. He enjoyed fishing on Lake Cumberland, traveling and spending time on his farm in Frankfort. Fred was a very gentile, sweet natured person, who never met a stranger. His quick wit and smile will be missed by his family and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Ellen Pulliam; grandson, James Bradley Leffel Jr; siblings, Roy Pulliam and Jessie Frances Black; step-son, Darrell Hunt Sr. and grandson, Darrell Hunt Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 43 years, Jeannie Pulliam; children, Vonda Acosta, Lisa Hunt, Kathy Ford-Little (Roy), and Tammy Watson (Carl); grandchildren, Jennifer, Laura, Kristi, Kendra, Josh and Katie; great-grandchildren, Kaley, Kameron, Jaxon, Trenton, Tristan, Addison and Tatum; and daughter-in-law, Sherry Hunt.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday 2:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2-8pm Monday.
