Frederick was preceded in death by his daughter, Michele L. Baker and his parents, Frederick C. and Elizabeth L. Klotz, Jr.
He is survived by his sons, Frederick C. Klotz, IV, Michael (Cheryl) Shelton and Jeffrey Shawn Klotz; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and many extended family members.
A celebration of Frederick's life will be held on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 2 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, with a private interment. Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service.
