Meyer, Gayle, 71, entered into eternal rest on June 25, 2017. Gayle was an intelligent and loving woman who had a kind heart. Gayle was a devout Christian who served as a grief counselor and greeter at South East Christian. She was an avid reader and brought books with her when she was on the go. Gayle was the President and owner of Central Systems for many years. She loved to watch Jeopardy, scary movies and TV shows, and recorded UK basketball games. Gayle was also a lover of the ocean and nature.
She was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Edward "Junie" Meyer Jr. and her parents, Bud and Johnnye Sweat.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Dawn Harrison and Matt Cook (Amber); grandchildren, Brett, Kyle and Cody Harrison (Brook) and Whitney Campbell; and her great granddaughter, London Huddleston.
A Funeral Service will be at 12:00pm on Thursday, June 29th at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home.
