He loved his family, friends and “CB’ing.”
Gerald was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Sue Green, his parents, Elick and Catherine Green, and a brother, Bobby Green.
He is survived by his wife of fifty years, Shirley Green, their children, Patricia McGuire, Linda Dickson (Herbie), William Green (Tammy), Tammy Green (Mike), Connie Green (Robert) and Timothy Green (Rose). Gerald is also survived by his twenty grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one on the way.
A funeral service to celebrate Gerald’s life will be conducted at 2pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 2-8pm and after 9am Wednesday.
