She was a past president of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Mill Creek Post and a Catholic by faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lenard F. Stinson and her son, Lenard R. Stinson, Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Gloria “Diane” Miller (Paul); a sister, Wanda Yates (Jim); grandchildren, Lenard Stinson, Jr., Bryan Burdiss, and Keri Burdiss; 5 great-grandchildren; and a dear friend, Brenda Garner.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy, followed by burial at Lebanon National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
