She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and retired from Brown Forman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Capito.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Judy Bealmear (Richard); her son, Keith Capito (Laura); grandchildren, Craig Bealmear(Susan), Julie Parker (Dana), Ryan Capito (Brittany) and great grandchildren, Joshua Bealmear, John, Emma and Anna Parker. She is also survived by two sisters, Dottie Milton, Elaine Singleton and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Hazel’s life will be conducted at 2pm, Friday, September 6, 2013, in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12-2 the day of the service.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Hazel's name, to the organization of your choice.
