He is survived by his three sons, Paul Puckett (Kevin Anne), David Puckett and Aaron Puckett, and three grandchildren, Ethan, Delaney and Owen, and longtime companion, Shirley Dunn.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Randall (JR) Puckett.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be conducted Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 2:00pm in Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm.
