He's survived by his parents, Nicholas Adam Jaha and Ashley Renea Roth Jaha, a sister, Hattie Alice Jaha, grandparents, Buddie and Donna Jaha, Danny and Kathy Roth. Great grandfather, Walter "Marty" Meredith and aunts, Michelle Jaha and Callie Roth.
Jack is preceded in death by his uncle, Matthew Jaha, great grandparents, Alice Meredith, Donald and Florence Patterson, Nasam Jaha Sr., Joan Jaha Miller and Anne and Jerome Roth.
A visitation will be held from 3-8 PM on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village. A funeral service will take place at 6:30 PM Friday night at the funeral home.
