He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 ½ inches long. Though this beautiful baby boy was only with us a short while, the impact he had on all our lives was immeasurable. He was so deeply loved by everyone whose life he was a part of. Jacob leaves behind a loving mother (Stacie) and father (Jacob Sr.), grandparents Mike Johnson (Debbie) and Shawn Wilson (Julie), as well as a host of devoted family and friends.
Jacob was baptized into the Catholic faith on the night of his birth in the presence of his family and friends, and his life will be celebrated in the same fashion.
There will be a visitation Saturday, March 17th starting at 9:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:00a.m. at St. Bernard Parish 7500 Tangelo Drive. His final resting place will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.
