Jacqueline Marie Ketzenberg

Ketzenberg, Jacqueline Marie “Jackie”, 70, entered into eternal rest on November 2, 2017. Jackie was a loving and caring woman who was very active in her family’s life. She worked at White Castle for 12 years, Elder Care for 12 years, then started her own business. Jackie was a devout Catholic and a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Through her church, she volunteered in the Legion of Mary, was an eucharistic minister, and served on the bereavement committee. She also enjoyed playing bingo, watching Monk, and was a huge Elvis fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Marcella Hester; and sister, Mary Sue Caple.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 49 years, Douglas Dean Ketzenberg; children, John (Tracy), Jennefer (Rick), and Melinda (Erick); 9 grandchildren; sister, Margaret (Claude); and several nieces ,nephews, and cousins.

Jackie wanted it known that in addition to her daughters, her cousins, Arica Wuetcher and Billie Jo Crady remained by her side to help care for her.

A Funeral Mass will be on Monday, November 6th at 10:00am at Mary Queen of Peace, 4005 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00pm-8:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jackie’s name to St. Joseph’s Orphanage, Hosparus, or the ALS Foundation.
