James Ray, “Jamie” “Gup” Gephart, 33, of Louisville passed away suddenly on April 5, 2015. Jamie was a tile setter with the American Tile Co. an avid U of K fan, and a catholic by faith. Left to cherish his memory is his sons; Blake, James Jr, & Aaron; his mother, Terry Gephart; father, Larry Gephart (Robin); fiancé, Jennifer DeZwaan; brothers Eric and Evan Gephart; grandmother, Louise Gephart; and his aunt, Mom Linda. A celebration of Jamie’s life will be conducted by his family on Friday April 10, 2015 at noon in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-8 pm.
