Jean Madison

She was born in Poland on January 8, 1938 to parents, Joseph & Justyna (Paullake) Zylowski. Jean was a graduate of Corning Free Academy in Corning, New York, retired from Brown & Williamson, enjoyed hobbies in crocheting, ceramics, and collecting.

Jean is preceded in death by her mother and father, two sons: David and Brian, her brother Michael Zylowski, and former spouse James Donald Madison.

Left to cherish her memory is her Granddaughter, Meredith Madison. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends who mourn her passing.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Evergreen Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 4:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.

Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums.
