Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Jane MacAllaster Cummins, a step-son, David Eicher (Jessica) and a granddaughter Paislee. He is also survived by his siblings, Mike Cummins (Lynn), Robert Cummins (Sarah), Tina McKune (Kyle), Kathryn Cathcart and Cindy Salyer (Kris) and his step-mother, Nancy Cummins.Mother in law - Carolyn MacAllaster, Sister in law - Cindy Lewis (Tim), Sister in law - Laura Morgan (Pete), Brother in Law - Jim MacAllaster, Sister in law - Missy Duvall (Mike). Nephews & Nieces, Michael Cummins (Anastasia), Casey Cummins (Jessica), Lacy Perez, Collin Cummins, Andrew Cummins, Charlie McKune, Brody McKune, Max McKune, Jennifer North (Nick), Amanda Chenault (Michael), Melina Todd (Jeff), Brittany Travis (Michael). A funeral service to celebrate Jeffrey’s life will be conducted at 10am Thursday, August 3, 2017 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8pm on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
