He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Vera Mae Collins , and daughter Lori.
Jerry was a retired carpenter from The Carpenter’s Local Union #175.
He is survived by his loving family, Wife Artie B. and children David and Karen Collins as well as three sisters, Patricia Anderson, Peggy Walker, and Mary Rose Richmond (Robert).
A celebration of life for Jerry will be conducted in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 12:00p.m. Visitation will be from 10:00a.m.-12:00p.m. also on Thursday with cremation to follow.
