Joann Hatcher

Joann Hatcher, 79, of Louisville passed away on Thursday December 16, 2021. She was born on July 18, 1942 in Marian, KY to the late William Richard and Katherine Virginia (Travis) Wilson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Wayne Hatcher; sons; Dicky and Billy Hatcher; and a brother, Buddy Wilson. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Ann Hatcher and Mary Hatcher; a sister Deanna Sipes; a brother Jimmy Wilson; grandchildren, Katie Wilson, Jamie Williams, Mallory Crum, Richard Hatcher, and Hank Smith; and one great grandchild. Funeral service for Joann will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday December 21, 2021 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Penn Run Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am to service time at 1 pm on Tuesday.
