John “Jack” Michael Parihus, 72, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Jack loved life! He was a free spirit with an amazing sense of humor who made everyone laugh. He was an Air Force veteran who served in Okinawa. After he retired from being an OTR truck driver for 47 years of service, he moved to the country with his loving wife to enjoy their time together. He enjoyed spending time with Laura, the animals, and nature.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred Parihus; and grandmother, Helen Seaton.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Laura Parihus; children, Jason Parihus (Amber), Amy Jo Law, Erin Ferguson (Bruce); 9 grandchildren; sisters, Patti Kuchenbrod (Bill), Mary Sue Troutman (Carl); brother-in-law, Greg Staples; 2 nieces; extended family; and many loving friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Arch L Heady – Okolona, 8519 Preston Hwy 40219 on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 from 3pm until 7pm, EST.
