John Preston Rosenbarger, Jr, of Jeffersonville passed away September 26, 2011 at The Waters of Scottsburg. He was born on April 3, 1936 to the late John Rosenbarger Sr. and Daisy Hall. He was an owner of several bars in the east end of Louisville.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a son, Neil Summit, and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Lewis Rosenbarger; children, Darrel Gray, John Rosenbarger III (Sissy), Rhonda Vaughn (Frank), Tony Rosenbarger, Lavonda Horrar (Scott), Tom Rosenbarger (Marie), Kressie Millet (Danny), Daisy McBroom (Jeff), Brian Rosenbarger (Brittany), Allen Rosenbarger (Adrienne), Becky Karnes (Donnie); 26 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
A celebration of his life will be conducted Thursday September 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Arch L Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Avenue. Visitation will be from 1-8 on Wednesday September 28, 2011 at the funeral home.
