John Rolen White, III, 58, of Louisville passed from this life on Sunday August 21, 2016 at SS. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Rolen White, Jr. and Dottie Cooksey White. He is survived by a sister, Susan Acree (Doug). A service to celebrate John's life will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be after 11 am Wednesday.
