Joseph Dugan Sr.

Born to the late Joseph Dugan and Clara Schoo, Ray is also preceded in death by his wife, Dolores Dugan.

Here to carry on his memory is his loving wife, Rita Baete; his children Ray Dugan, Jr. (Jenny), Robin Jasgarszewski (Frank), Rick Dugan (Rita), and Stacey Baker; step-children Mike Baete (Teresa), Glenn Baete (Carolyn), Jennifer Dugan (James), Laura Skaggs (David), and Brian Baete (Christie); his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.

Ray worked for LG&E, Jacksonville Electric, Publix and Value Mart. He adored travelling with his beloved wife Rita, especially with the AARP Group. Ray attended Saint X and Flaget High School. He was a member of St. Bernard's Parish and a member of the 55 Alive Club. Ray and Rita enjoyed volunteering at Good Shepherd Parish.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville KY 40218. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Thursday, August 1, 2024, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 7500 Tangelo Drive, Louisville KY 40228, at 11:00 AM. Ray will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
